Evers Enterprises LLC is a family-owned and operated business in Fulton County, Indiana. We are the owners of Station House Apartments in Kewanna, Indiana, several rental homes, as well as Evers Farms in Rochester, Indiana, where we raise corn, soybeans, hay, and freezer beef.  Our family farming operations has been a part of rural Fulton County for almost 100 years (established in 1932) and will continue for generations to come.

In a marriage that began in 1993, we have 2 daughters together and a son.  One daughter is married to a military man and they are raising our pride and joy (grandson), and our other daughter is attending Ball State University, where she is in her sophomore year and is a Deans List student.  We are quite proud of our family, and are leaving a legacy with our farm and our rental properties.

Evers Enterprises LLC is currently leasing 2 apartments.  One small single bed/single bath unit of approximately 450 square feet and a spacious single bed/single bath unit of approximately 750 square feet.  Both of these apartments are rented based on income and the ability to pay rent in a timely manner.  We are a dog-friendly rental property (no cats or exotic pets).  We offer paid water, sewage, and trash pickup.  Tenants are responsible for electricity through NIPSCO.  We have fiber capability for the internet through RTC, but other internet companies are welcome.  Tenants are responsible for that as well.
